I knew it sounded pretty far-fetch'd since Iwas only a couple of months into my first year of Chinese, but at that time I wasso interested in the language, culture, and history of China.
I have never really had any family there in China and the majority of my childhood friends are in our mother country India. I really wanted to learn and train myself in Mandarin Chinese, so that I can begin my bachelor degree in Chinese one day. I hopefully wanted to find a suggested or highly recommended University or College. This way I can hopefully further develop myself and gain a decent accent. But I was lost. I was in India.
But CISS guides me well with my admission. The course recommended intensive Chinese language program to me in University of International Business and Economics to me.
This program is offered for students, who want to improve Chinese language ability rapidly through large amount of learning materials, high intensity training, and intensive Chinese courses. The program also adopts relatively closed management mode to help students avoid the mothertongue interference, know the Chinese basic knowledge, and reach the learning objective quickly. The program monthly organizes students to attend the language practices, like sightseeing to places of interests, visiting the community schools or museums, and experiencing the Chinese culture and cuisines.
Now I have greatly improved my Chinese and learned more about China. I love China. I love UIBE. And I am grateful to CISS who helps me realize my dream.
